DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Notification of Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on WPSudo.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following details:

2. Removal of Infringing Material

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material so they can submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your name, address, and telephone number.
The URL of the content that was removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within ten (10) business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
